M354, M355 and 356 Kelvin test tweezers are purpose designed for accurately testing low values of DCR on chip components including resistors, multi-layer inductors, wound inductors, ferrite inductor beads, common mode chokes, chip fuses and any other chip component in the 0201 up to 1 inch plus size range (metric 0603 up to 2.5cm plus). They can be assembled using banana plugs, like those shown in the photo below, or with BNC connectors for use on meters like the Agilent 4338B. The test contacts are true Kelvin contacts, insuring the best possible performance for testing very low values of DCR. With these Kelvin tweezers and a good meter, micro-ohms can be measured with precision.
SKG Kelvin test tweezers for measuring DCR on chip components are purpose designed to be the best available commercial product. This tweezer is:
Versatile - can be used on a wide range of chip sizes
Operator Friendly - light weight and easy for the operator to grip
Efficient - picks up and holds chips with no tendency to drop or launch the chip
Low Cost
Robust - little or no maintenance required for long periods, cleaning only.
Precise - the most repeatable test tweezers available on the commercial market
